This weeks challenge just happens to be my favorite color! *PINK*
For this week we made some super simple party decorations. For the banner, Just cut pretty pieces of scrapbook paper into triangles, and then sew a piece of ric rac or ribbon onto them.
For the party hat, Just roll a piece of pink paper into a cone and embellish! Easy-Peasy-Lemon-Squeezy!
What is your favorite color? Is it pink?
What are you gonna make this week? Be sure to upload you project to the flickr group!

This weeks color challenge: Fire Engine Red
To make this pretty red flower bouquet I cut out abunch of different flower petals from red felt, and stitched them into flowers. I also cut out different shapes from yellow felt, buttons, and yarn to create the middles.
Red is a really bold color, I know, but I'm sure you guys can come up with some beautiful projects using it! I cant wait to see them, Don't forget to post pics in the flickr group!

This weeks color is Aqua Blue! The color of the ocean, peacock feathers, and blue Gatorade.
For our project, We screen printed an old shirt by cutting a stencil out of contact paper, sticking it to the shirt, and painting it. Be sure to put a piece of cardboard between the front and back of your shirt so that the paint doesn't go through both layers!

This weeks color is Chocolate Brown

I love the color chocolate brown, It's a great substitute for black.
For this weeks project, we made a mini recipe book. If you want to make something like this it's super easy, We used a pre-made mini album from BoBunny that was already chocolate brown, but if your's is the wrong color, you could always recover/paint it! Cut paper to fit your mini album and write out your recipe onto them. Glue to the pages of your mini album, and embellish!
What type of project are you doing this week? Knitting? Sewing? Papercrafting? Whatever it is, be sure to post pictures in the flickr group!!
